The world is filled by many people,
many different human beings,
who live in different environments
and believe in different things.

We should consider ourselves fortunate
To share in the ways of the world.
For all the food, song and dance,
Every man, woman, boy, and girl.

There are many races and religions
that may define someone’s community,
With different rituals and traditions
that create a sense of unity.

Diversity is a necessity
for wonder and curiosity.
It pushes us to find the answers
to help us understand and see.

That the world is filled by many people,
many different human beings,
who live in different environments
and believe in different things.

We should consider ourselves fortunate
to share in the ways of the world.
For all the food, song and dance,
every man, woman, boy, and girl.

Different cultures are what make this world
exciting, rich, and full.
If we all looked, spoke, and acted the same,
It would be dreary and dull.

So please respect that other people may have
a different way than you.
The way they look and the way speak,
even dress may be different too.

Just imagine how boring this world would be,
If there was only race of people to see,
that wore the same clothes and ate the same foods,
drove the same cars, and shared the same moods.
